Adam Puchta Wine & Swine Vineyard 5K
The Adam Puchta Wine & Swine Vineyard 5K is a trail running event held at the Adam Puchta Winery in Hermann, Missouri. The course takes participants through the active agricultural landscape of the estate, featuring paths that lead directly through rows of Vignoles and Estate Norton grape vines.
The route begins at the base of Vineyard Hill, where a runner's village is established. Participants navigate a trek to the top of the hill, which provides views of the surrounding hills and the winery grounds. The course is designed as a double loop, requiring runners to complete two passes through the vineyard sections.
The final segment of the race consists of a downhill slope leading back towards the winery facilities. Participants receive finisher medals upon completing the course. A wine slushy trailer is positioned at the finish line to serve participants after the run.
