Course and race services
The course is described as traffic-free and flat. A 5 hours 20 minutes cut-off time applies. All finishers receive a medal. Finish-area provisions include water, juices, fruit and a chocolate bar. Chip timing is used and results are posted as runners cross the finish line. A free baggage drop will be provided in a cordoned area; the organiser advises against leaving valuables.

There is free car parking at the venue next to the start area. The organiser notes the site is accessible by car and by public transport, with Taplow train station cited as the nearest station by road. Pedestrian and cyclist access is only via the Main Entrance off Court Lane; pedestrian gates from the Thames path, the Sustrans path and Boveney Road are closed.
