Wind Vineyards Bunny Hop
The Wind Vineyards Bunny Hop is an annual event held in Tappahannock, Virginia. The event features a 5k course designed for both runners and walkers. The route transitions through the local vineyard and around the farm grounds, concluding at the winery.
Registration is divided into specific age categories to accommodate various participants. A separate activity is also available for younger children. The following events are part of the schedule:
- 5k for participants 21 years and older
- 5k for participants aged 12 to 20 years old
- 5k for children 12 years old and under
- Easter egg hunt for participants aged 13 and under
All registered participants receive a bag containing a commemorative event t-shirt. Participants aged 21 and older also receive a ticket for a glass of wine to be redeemed after the race. The event includes additional entertainment on-site, such as live music, various food options, and local vendors. The Easter Bunny is present during the afternoon for photographs.
