Event Details

The Wilridge Wine Run 5k is held at Wilridge Vineyard, Winery & Distillery in Yakima, Washington. The main event is a 5k run or walk, and there is also a volunteer option that includes check-in duties followed by participation in the run.

Course

The course starts and finishes at the winery. It is described as a cross-country style route that tours the vineyards. The terrain includes some uneven ground.

Registration and Logistics

Packet pickup occurs only on race day, opening one hour before the event starts. Registration includes a t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a pour of wine. Minors can participate at a discounted rate, receiving a shirt, medal, and bib, but not a wine glass or wine pour. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in ten-year categories.

The event is professionally timed by J3 Timing, with results posted online. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to the uneven course. Dogs on leashes are allowed.
