Wilmslow Festive 10K
The Wilmslow Festive 10K is a certified, single lap road race in Wilmslow (postcode SK9 1BU) held on 22 November 2026. The course starts in the town centre, passes through leafy residential streets and countryside roads, and finishes on Mobberley Road / Sandy Lane. The route has been measured and certified as an accurate 10 km and is run on fully closed roads.
Timing is by chip and pacers are provided in a range from 35 to 80 minutes, with intervals every 2.5 minutes between 35 and 75 minutes. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and there is an optional commemorative technical finishers T-shirt. Facilities listed for the event include mile/km markers, a halfway and finish drinks station, bag drop, toilets, first aid and a post race snack. Prizes are awarded to the top five male and top five female finishers based on gun times. Veteran prizes are awarded by age group from V35 in five year increments and the first U20; veteran prizes are distributed by email and are based on chip times. Entry fees are shown as £28 for club runners and £30 for non club runners. Entries close when the event reaches its limit; there is no official waiting list and no entries on the day.

Transfer options include transferring a place to another person or converting to a virtual entry within a month after race day; transfers can be made up until midnight Saturday 23rd November.
