Wilmslow Festive 10K 2026
The Wilmslow Festive 10K is an annual running event held in Wilmslow. The race takes place on a point-to-point-style route that begins in the town centre. The course consists of a single lap on fully closed roads, passing through residential streets and scenic country lanes before finishing on Mobberley Road and Sandy Lane.

The course is UKA licensed and has been officially measured for accuracy. It is described as having a flat profile particularly during the first half of the route. Participants can benefit from pacers targeting times from 35 to 80 minutes, with intervals every 2.5 minutes between 35 and 75 minutes.
Event facilities include a bag drop, toilets, and first aid stations. Water is provided at a halfway drink station and at the finish line. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and a post-race snack, with the option to purchase a commemorative technical t-shirt. High-resolution race images are available for free download after the event.
Prizes are awarded to the top five male and female finishers based on gun times. Additionally, awards are provided for the first Under-20 finishers and veteran categories from V35 to V85+ in five-year increments, based on chip times. The event supports The Christie Charity as its official partner.
