Willard 5K Fun Run and Mini Loop
The Willard PTO is hosting an annual 5K fun run on May 17, 2026 in River Forest, Illinois. The event takes place near Willard Elementary and is associated with the school playground area on Franklin Street. The organizer lists a fee of $20 per person plus site fees.
The 5K is run on a two-loop course that starts and finishes near the Willard playground on Franklin Street. A separate Mini Loop of about a quarter mile runs around Constitution Park and is reserved for children in 1st grade and younger. Registration for the 5K includes entry for the Mini Loop; separate registration for each event is not required.
Race registration includes a race bib, a t-shirt, and a finisher medal. Participants may opt out of receiving a t-shirt by selecting the no shirt option; the t-shirt portion of the entry fee will be donated to the PTO.
