About the race
WildMarathon: Arctic Marathon is a trail running event in Rovaniemi, Finland, taking place on April 4, 2027. The event is organized by WiLDmarathon and offers multiple race distances on snow-covered Arctic terrain that passes through coniferous forests and finishes in the Santa Claus Village area.

Registration on UltraSignup covers a 3% deposit toward an all-inclusive 7-day program. The package price listed is €1,290 and includes race entry, accommodations in 4-star hotels, all meals, transfers between Rovaniemi Airport and the hotel, cultural activities, race support, and a personalized event jersey. Flights, personal travel and medical insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
The program combines race logistics with acclimatization training and cultural excursions. A sample five-day itinerary describes arrival in Rovaniemi, pre-race activities such as a course review and a husky sled ride, race day with post-race lunch and trophy ceremony, optional activities including Northern Lights viewing, and departure transfers. Trail running shoes suitable for snow and warm clothing are recommended. Registration requires purchasing the full travel package within 30 days after paying the deposit; a coupon code is emailed to apply the deposit to the final payment.
