Wild Hybrid Lake District - Grasmere Solos
Wild Hybrid Lake District - Grasmere Solos takes place on 18 July 2026 at The Showfield, Stock Lane, Grasmere, Cumbria, LA22 9SL. The event combines trail running with on-site functional fitness stations in a sports ground setting by Grasmere Lake.
The event area is at Grasmere Sports Ground where competitors will complete five functional stations. Course options include short loops around the sports ground and longer trails that include a full lap of Grasmere Lake.
Ruck run options are available over trail distances. Competitors must provide their own packs, which are weighed at registration; the event specifies a 10 kg pack for men and a 7 kg pack for women. All finishers receive Wild Hybrid merchandise and product from event sponsors. Prizes are awarded for first to third positions in each standard category.
Live chip timing is used throughout the event and is provided by Timing Up North. Parking may be charged at £4 on site if conditions allow, with additional public parking nearby.
