Wild Hybrid Cheshire - Delamere Forest
The Wild Hybrid Invitational at Delamere Forest in Cheshire is a championship event for the 2026 season. The top 10 competitors from each category at every Wild Hybrid event during the year will receive an invitation to compete in the Invitational. The event also remains open to general entry, with general entrants competing before the Invitational field.
This one-day event includes both solos and pairs and will use a specially designed championship course. Route details are to be confirmed.
The event offers ruck run options on trail terrain. Competitors choose between:
- 5 km
- 10 km
Ruck run competitors must carry a weighted pack (men 10 kg, women 7 kg). Competitors must bring their own pack; packs will be weighed at registration. Ruck run finishers will receive Wild Hybrid merchandise and sponsor products. All finishers at the event will receive Season 2 Wild Hybrid merchandise and products from event sponsors.
Live chip timing will be provided by Timing Up North. Prizes will be awarded for first to third positions in each standard category. Parking is charged at the normal forest rate. Event photography is available to purchase from event partners after the event.
