Wild Horse Brewing Co. Llandudno Triathlon & Duathlon 2027
The Wild Horse Brewing Co. Llandudno Triathlon & Duathlon returns for 2027 in its seventh year. The event takes place in Llandudno, Conwy, set against the Great Orme and the Victorian seaside town.
Races include sea swims by the pier, closed road cycling around Marine Drive, and a run along the promenade. The programme offers both triathlon and duathlon formats and multiple distance options.
- Sprint triathlon: sea swim 750 m, bike 17.5 km, run 5 km
- Standard triathlon: sea swim 1500 m, bike 34.75 km, run 9.4 km
- Standard duathlon: run 5 km, bike 34.75 km, run 9.4 km
Event facilities and services include an event village with music, commentary, shopping and food; marshals, signage and pick up vehicles on course; unique finisher mementos; and chip timing with live online results. The event is bilingual with signs, registration and commentary available in English and Welsh.
There is a Closed Road Triathlon Series associated with the event. The series guarantees entry to both Llandudno and Triathlon Y Bala, offers an exclusive series hoody for season pass holders, publishes series results, and allows choice of Sprint or Standard distance.
