Llandudno Triathlon & Duathlon 2027
The Llandudno Triathlon & Duathlon returns for its sixth year on 27 June 2027 in Llandudno, Conwy. The event is set against the Great Orme and the Victorian seaside town, with sea swims staged by the town pier and cycling on closed roads around Marine Drive.
The race programme includes multiple formats and distances to suit multisport competitors. The course features a crowd-lined promenade run and a seaside swim that is spectator friendly due to the pier location.
- Sprint: Sea swim 750 m, bike 17.5 km, run 5 km
- Standard: Sea swim 1500 m, bike 34.75 km, run 9.4 km
- Standard Duathlon: Run 5 km, bike 34.75 km, run 9.4 km
Event facilities include an event village with music, commentary, shopping and food, family-friendly finishes, on-course marshals, signage and pick-up vehicles. Participants receive unique finisher mementos and results are recorded with chip timing and live online results. Event services such as signs, registration and commentary are provided in English and Welsh.
A Classic Triathlon Series pairs this event with Triathlon y Bala, offering guaranteed entry to both events, series results, an exclusive series hoody for season pass holders and a choice of sprint or standard series entry.
