Event overview
The Wicked Wine Run takes place on August 1, 2026 at Great Lawn Park in Denver, Colorado (101 N Yosemite St). The event includes both a 1K tasting walk and a 5K run/walk. All participants and spectators must be 21 or older; age verification is required at packet pickup or on race day for mailed packets.

What each entry includes
1K tickets include an event shirt, an event bib, three 1 oz wine tastings along the course, a fourth tasting at the finish served in a wine glass, and access to the after party. 5K tickets include an event shirt, a finisher medal, an event bib, a free glass of wine at the finish, and access to the after party.
On-site services and logistics
The site will feature race bags, food trucks, aid and water stations, sampling stations, games, merch, a finish-line wine service, dance and costume contests, and an after party. The 5K course will have two water stations along the route and an additional water station at the finish. The 5K will use start waves staggered every 2-3 minutes; participants have 90 minutes to complete the 5K.
Packet pickup details will be posted within two weeks of the event. A packet-mailing option is available for an additional fee. Parking at the venue is available for a $20 fee. A spectator tasting-only ticket is offered separately. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
