Event
The Castle to Coast Fun Run is scheduled for Saturday, January 17, 2026 in San Simeon, California. The course begins at William Randolph Hearst Memorial Beach beneath Hearst Castle and follows Highway 1 to the coastal town of Cambria, finishing at Shamel Park. The distance for the run is 8.2 miles. Volunteers from Cuesta College student-athlete programs will staff the route. Finish-line giveaways from Running Warehouse, FLUID Sports Nutrition and other local merchants are planned. A shuttle service will run to return participants to the starting area.
