Wichita St Patrick's Day 5K
The Wichita St Patrick's Day 5K takes place on March 15, 2026, at 1865 W Museum Blvd in Wichita, KS. The event is the fifteenth annual edition and includes a chip timed 5K, a kids fun run, and a virtual 5K.
The 5K allows individual entries or team entries of three or more. Awards are given to the top three finishers in each age group. All 5K participants receive a finisher's medal and a pint glass. A short sleeve event shirt is available for purchase during registration for $7.
The kids fun run is open to children ages 1 to 8 and covers roughly 50 to 200 yards depending on age. Kids who take part will receive a shirt and a ribbon.
Packet pickup is scheduled before the event at Fartlek's Running Shop and Smoothie Stop, 535 W Douglas Ave #130, on Friday March 13 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday March 14 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Packets can also be picked up on race day starting at 8:00 AM.
