Whitehouse Multi-Sport Festival
The Whitehouse Multi-Sport Festival takes place at Nona France Quarry in Blue Creek Metropark, Whitehouse, Ohio. The event offers three race formats that combine swim, bike and run segments on natural and local-road courses.
Distances for the main event formats include:
- Triathlon: 400 meter swim, 10.5 mile bike, 5K run
- Duathlon: 1 mile run, 10.5 mile bike, 5K run
- Super sprint relay: each person 200 meter swim, 4.5 mile bike, 3/4 mile run
Swimming occurs in the quarry. Biking uses the roads to and from the park, and running uses trails inside the park area. The super sprint relay is a three person team event in which each team member completes all three legs of the super sprint triathlon. The relay takes place after the individual events, allowing participants to enter both formats.
The festival is USAT sanctioned and age group standings will be applied and submitted. Venue and course descriptions are tied to the park setting and local roads. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
