Event details
The White Tail 5k Run & Walk is a clothing-optional 5k event held on June 20, 2026 in Ivor, Virginia. The event is open to ages 18–100. The race uses professional timing and the course is run as three laps. Early Bird pricing ends March 31. Registration opens January 1, 2026 and early and late registration are online only. Participants who register before June 1 receive a free T-shirt. The entry price listed is $40. The event has a no-refund policy and will be held rain or shine.
Venue and logistics
The event takes place at White Tail Resort, 39033 White Tail Dr, Ivor, VA 23866. The resort is on 45 acres and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The resort will waive the usual day fee for race registrants, allowing them to remain on the grounds after the race at no additional cost. On race day, participants must check in at the resort office with ID before proceeding to the race registration table to receive a race number, timing chip, and T-shirt.
