Event Details
The White Squirrel Kids Triathlon is a youth event for participants aged 3 to 15. It takes place in Olney, Illinois, at the Musgrove Aquatic Center.
Divisions
The event offers six divisions based on participant age and county of residence. All divisions are open to youth aged 15 and under.
- Family Division for ages 3 to 8
- Sprint Division for ages 9 to 12
- Iron Division for ages 11 to 15
Each division has separate categories for residents of Richland County and participants from outside the county.
Registration and Fees
Registration for all events opens on January 23, 2026. The event is free for youth who are residents of Richland County. For non-residents, the registration fee is $25.
Event Format
The triathlon follows a sprint-style format. The event is untimed, but a large clock will be running for parents and spectators to track time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
