White River Run - Anderson, IN
The White River Run is a community running and walking event that follows Anderson’s paved trail system alongside the White River. The course is mostly shaded and includes a wood boardwalk, the new riverfront area, and the Blue Bridge. Chip timing is provided by DINO.
The event is presented by Anderson Road Runners Club in partnership with Community Hospital Anderson's Community Foundation program, Community in Motion. Anderson Road Runners Club is a 501(c)(3) organization that promotes running and walking in Madison County and operates the Roady Racers free kids run program in summer months.

Listed entry fees include general registrations at about $25 for standard events, student entries at about $10, and a day-of registration fee of $35. Packet pick-up is available on race day for both pre-registered and day-of participants during the posted packet pick-up window. Race shirts are available to order during registration; on-site shirt availability depends on remaining stock.
Awards include plaques for the top three overall male and female finishers plus a Masters division. All finishers receive a pint glass; refreshments and a raffle are provided after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
