The Wheathampstead 10k & 2k Fun Run is an annual charity running event held on 17 May 2026 in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire. Race headquarters are at Memorial Hall, Marford Road, Wheathampstead, AL4 8AY. The event includes the following distances:

The 10k is a mat-to-mat off road course that runs through Hertfordshire countryside. The 2k is an off road circular course aimed at families and is open to walkers as well as runners. A baggage drop is available at Marford Hall (Race HQ).
Minimum age rules apply: entrants for the 10k must be at least 15 years old; the fun run is open to all ages, with children under 7 required to be accompanied by a paying adult. Ages are as at 17/05/2026.
Entry, services and policies
Entry fees vary by event and booking period. For the 10k, fees are shown as early bird, advance, and on-the-day prices (early bird lower than later entry). The 2k fun run has lower fees with an early bird rate and higher on-the-day price. A 6% booking fee is added at checkout.
All proceeds support Beech Hyde Primary School & Nursery. Refunds are not given; entries may be transferred to another runner up until 7 May 2026. If the event is cancelled, entrants will be offered a deferral to the next event. The event organiser is Beech Hyde Association.
