About the race
The Life Style Sports Wexford Half Marathon & 10K is a road race on the southeast coast of Ireland that starts on the Wexford Quays and finishes in The Faythe, Wexford Town. The event offers two distances:
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
The course is professionally measured and chip timed. The route combines quayside, quiet country roads, and town sections, with water stations and marshals placed along the way. Water is provided in paper cups; bins are provided for disposal. The race is wheelchair accessible and has a course cut-off time of 3.5 hours.
Entries include a finisher’s medal, event T-shirt, finish-line refreshments, and race photos from the official photographer. Pacers for the half marathon are listed at typical finishing times of 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, and 2:10. Number collection takes place on Saturday 17th April in Wexford Town (time TBC) and on Sunday 18th April outside the National Learning Network, The Faythe (08:00-10:30). Bag drop is located at the National Learning Network Centre (The Faythe) and opens from 8:00am; one small waterproof bag per runner is recommended.
