About the race
The Wexford Half Marathon & 10K is a road event on the southeast coast of Ireland that follows a measured and certified course. Distances served include:

The route starts at Paul Quay Car Park in Wexford, runs along the Quays and through quiet country roads, and finishes at The Faythe / National Learning Network Centre in Wexford Town. The course is traffic-managed with marshals and volunteers, and chip timing is used for accurate results. Finishers receive an event T-shirt and a finisher’s medal; finish-line refreshments are provided. A bag drop is available at the NLNC (The Faythe). Water stations are located at 6 km, 13 km and 16 km for the half marathon and at 6.5 km for the 10 km; water is served in paper cups.
Logistics notes: local car parks are available (Euro, Allen Street, High Street, Crescent Quay, Rowe Street, Bride Street); Paul Quay Car Park is closed on race morning. Wexford Station is a 10-minute walk and Bus Éireann routes serve the town. The event has a 3.5-hour course cut-off and provides pacers for half marathon target times. The course is wheelchair accessible. Runners must wear their race number visibly and comply with steward and Garda instructions. Entry includes a mandatory Athletics Ireland licence or a one-day licence fee. No refunds are issued; name or distance changes are usually possible subject to conditions.
