Westport Triathlon

Westport Triathlon is a multisport event held in Westport with two race formats. Each format combines a swim, a cycle and a run, with course maps provided for each discipline. The Olympic distance is listed as part of a national series.

The event offers the following race distances:

Olympic distance - 1500 m swim, 40 km cycle, 10 km run
Super sprint - 400 m swim, 20 km cycle, 5 km run

Swim segments take place in Clew Bay. Cycle courses run out and back toward Croagh Patrick. Run courses follow the Westport Greenway. Both distances include options for individual entry and relay teams.

Entry fees listed are Individual €80 and Relay €120 for the Olympic distance, and Individual €60 and Relay €90 for the Super Sprint. Results from the 2025 event are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
