Event Overview

The West Side Run is a community sports event scheduled for May 17, 2026, in Syosset, New York. The activities take place at West Side School, located at 1597 Laurel Hollow Road. Participants have the choice of two distinct distances:

The event organization includes an opening ceremony and an awards presentation following the conclusion of the races. Gates for the venue open in the early morning to accommodate parking as well as the pickup of participant bibs and t-shirts.

Registration for either distance includes a complimentary t-shirt for the participant. In addition to the running events, the organizers offer family sponsorship options, such as the Family Flag Sponsorship, and accept general family donations.
