FundRacers - Runnin' for a Reason
FundRacers Runnin' for a Reason on Saturday, November 7, 2026 benefits the West Hall High School Dugout Club. The event is held at West Hall High School, 5500 McEver Road, Oakwood, Georgia, with the course routed on the campuses of West Hall High School and West Hall Middle School.
Two event distances are offered:
- 5K
- Fun Run
Registration pricing for the 5K is tiered: early bird registration is $27 through September 7; regular registration is $30 from September 8 through October 1; and late registration is $33 after October 1. The fun run registration fee is $18. A family discount rate of $95 applies automatically when four people are registered for the same event; the discount applies only to the first four registrants and any additional registrants are charged the regular price in effect at the time of registration. The organizer notes that discounts can affect funds raised for the benefitting cause.
The event program includes music, door prizes, post race snacks, and awards. Trophies will be presented to top overall male and female finishers, as well as male and female masters and grand masters. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each listed age group for male and female: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75 and up.
