Event Information

The Wendover Woods Running Festival takes place on Saturday, 22nd August 2026 at Wendover Woods near Aston Clinton. The event features multiple trail races through the woodland paths of Wendover Woods, with open viewpoints over the Chiltern hills.

Race Distances

Participants can choose from several distances:

Half Marathon
10K
5K
Junior Race

The courses consist of gravel and trail paths. The Half Marathon is an out-and-back route plus four laps, the 10K is two laps, the 5K is one lap, and the Junior Race is one mini-lap.

Event Details

The entry includes a unique themed medal, chip-timed results, free race photos, and post-race goodies. Each kilometre is marked with distance signage, and marshals are present on the course.
