Event

The Welsh 3000's Ultra Run is a guided mountain running event on Saturday 13 June 2026 in Snowdonia, North Wales. The route visits the 15 Welsh 3,000 ft peaks, crossing the Snowdon range, the Carneddau and the Glyderau and includes the traverse of Crib Goch. The course covers approximately 30 miles (50 km) with about 4,000 m of height gain. The event is described as not a race.

Entry and logistics

Bookings open 4 July 2025 and close 5 June 2026. The minimum age is 18 and the booking fee is £170. The price includes transport to the start, a mountain guide and a support vehicle. The run is guided by experienced trail runners who hold British Mountain Leader and British Athletics qualifications. Premium food stations offering hot and cold options are provided along the route.
