We Are Roady Fun Run
This is a free, 13-week running program for children in the Anderson, Indiana area. The program takes place on Tuesdays from late April through mid-July 2026.
The event is located at Alex Pike Park at Shadyside Park, next to a children's playground.
Two timed race distances are offered each week:
- A 1/4 mile run for children under 5 years old.
- A 1 mile run for children who can run that distance.
Parents are welcome to run with their children in either distance. Participants accumulate points for weekly attendance, which go toward a bike drawing. The final week includes an awards party. Organizers request participants sign a waiver and encourage parents to volunteer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
