Way Too Cool 50K & 10 Mile Endurance Runs 2027
The Way Too Cool endurance events take place in Cool, California on March 6, 2027. The program includes two distances: a 50K trail run and a 10 Mile trail run, the 50K in its 37th year and the 10 Mile in its second year.
The course runs on local trails through Northern California terrain with rolling hills, creek crossings that may wet runners' feet, and scenic views. The 10 Mile follows a shorter route through similar rugged terrain.
Race operations include staffed aid stations, volunteers on course, and professional timing and results. Race entry includes a California State Parking Pass valid for race day, a NorCalUltras goody bag, a technical race shirt, a handcrafted finisher medallion, Neversecond C30 energy gels on course, Skratch hydration on course, and post race offerings such as a party, food vendors, beverages, and a beer garden for participants 21 and over. The event also notes a signature homemade frog cupcake among post race items.
Packet pickup is offered prior to race day at Fleet Feet Folsom and on race day in Cool. Entry fees are non refundable and non transferable per the stated policy; an optional refund protection program is available for an additional fee.
