Waterside Half Marathon
The Waterside Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 6 September 2026. This is the 43rd running of the event. The race distance is 13.1 miles and the course starts and finishes at Ebrington Square. The route crosses the river to the cityside and passes parks, greenways and bridges before returning to Ebrington Square.
Entry categories listed for the event are runner, wheelchair and 3 person relay team. All half marathon entrants must be 17 or over on race day. Relay entrants must be 15 or over on race day. The entry deadline is Sunday 9 August 2026. Fees published for the event are £28 plus a booking fee for runners and wheelchair entrants, and £73 plus a booking fee for a 3 person team. No refunds are offered.
