Walter's Walk 5K Fundraiser
Walter's Walk is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides behavioral health services to veterans, first responders, children, and adults in the Greater St. Louis area. The event is a community fundraiser held at Tremayne Shelter, Creve Coeur Park, 13725 Marine Ave, Creve Coeur, MO 63043.
The event program includes two distance options:
- 5K running race with a registration fee of $35 and a T-shirt included
- 1 Mile fun walk with a registration fee of $10; shirts available for purchase
Registration opens May 13, 2026, and online registration closes September 12, 2026. Registration fees increase by $5 after online registration closes and day-of registration will be available. Participants who register by September 1, 2026 can be guaranteed their preferred T-shirt size. T-shirt pick-up will take place on race day.
Funds raised support counseling and behavioral health programs. In the previous year, proceeds from the event helped provide counseling services to more than 250 individuals.
