Walking in Love 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
The Walking in Love event offers a 5K and a 1 Mile Fun Run on the Historic Eureka Trail in Athens, Tennessee, with the course beginning and ending at the head of the trail. The layout is an out and back route along the trail.
Registration opens April 17, 2026 and closes June 13, 2026. The published registration fee is $26.00 for each listed distance. Packet pickup will take place on race day at the Historic Eureka Trail.
All proceeds benefit Kairos Outside of East Tennessee, an organization that provides Christ centered support and encouragement to women impacted by incarceration.
Awards will be presented to the top three male finishers and the top three female finishers. The event is described as open to participants of all ages and fitness levels.
