Walking Beside Kaden 5K Run/Walk
Walking Beside Kaden is a charity 5K event held on November 8, 2026 at Autumn Arch Beer Project on Pencader Drive in Newark, DE. The event supports Kaden Dennis and The Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware and is presented by Orange Theory Fitness and Lululemon.
The event offers the following options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- Competitive Walking 5K must walk the entire race; no running or jogging allowed
Participants receive race shirts and one free beer ticket to Autumn Arch. Food and beverage options on site include beer and seltzer, food from Out of the Ordinary and La Casa Delulu food trucks, Desert Doug Coffee truck, and Autumn Arch pizza. Beer is available only to those 21 years of age and older and costs $10 for non participants. A Guest Pass provides access to food and beverages without race entry. Student registrants 18 years and under receive a $5 discount at checkout.
Timing is chip based using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System; results will be posted online during and after the event. Photos will be posted on the Races2Run Facebook page. Awards include overall and masters top finishers, age group medals from 13 and under through 80 and over, top walkers, a trophy for the largest team, and a prize for the largest fundraiser.
