WALKer Run5K
WALKer Run5K is the 13th annual 5K run and walk held in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. The course is an out-and-back route that runs parallel to Conneaut Lake and starts at Firemen’s Beach (24071 North second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316). The event accepts both runners and walkers.
Registration opens on July 6 and closes on October 9. The entry fee is $25.00. Registrations received by October 6 receive a race shirt. Awards are given separately for running and walking. Overall male and female awards are presented in both categories. Age-group awards are given to the top two finishers, male and female, in these groups: 15 and under; 16-25; 26-35; 36-45; 46-55; 56-65; 66 and over.
Proceeds from the event go to Hospice of Crawford County to support local end of life care. On-site check-in is available before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
