Walk Run or Roll 5K
The Walk Run or Roll 5K is an inaugural community event held on the campus of Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) in Harrogate, Tennessee. The event serves as a fundraiser to provide food relief for local families. Participants navigate a course that begins at LMU Park on Morris Lane, proceeds onto Hamilton Way, and loops back to the original start and finish line.

- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- Virtual 5K
The 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is specifically recommended for children aged 10 and under, though it is open to any participant who prefers a shorter distance. Parents are permitted to assist younger runners during this portion of the event. For those unable to attend in person, a Virtual 5K option is available.
The 5K route features aid and water stations located along the course and at the halfway point. Restroom facilities are situated near the splash pad by the picnic area. Parking is available at the LMU tennis complex and at various locations around the park. All participants in the in-person 5K and 1 Mile events receive a custom t-shirt and a participation medal.
