Walk Run or Roll 5K : 80s Throwback Edition
The event takes place on the LMU campus at 1260 Morris Lane, Harrogate, TN 37724. It includes an in-person 5K race, a 1 mile fun run/walk recommended for kids 10 and under, and a virtual 5K option.
Course
The in-person 5K starts at LMU park on Morris Lane, continues onto Hamilton Way through the LMU campus, reaches a halfway turnaround, and returns along Hamilton Way and Morris Lane to the start/finish area.

Participants and awards
All participants receive a custom 80s themed event T-shirt and runners in the 5K and the kids 1 mile receive participation medals. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed before August 28. Awards recognize the top three male and female 5K finishers overall, age category winners, group awards, and a prize for the best 80s inspired running outfit.
Facilities and logistics
Restrooms are available inside the LMU security complex. Aid and water stations are provided along the course and at the halfway point. Parking is available next to the LMU shipping and receiving complex and behind the softball field.
The event supports local food relief efforts for families in the community and includes an 80s themed costume contest with prizes for top outfits. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
