Walk Run or Roll 5K

The on-site course begins at LMU park on Morris Lane, proceeds onto Hamilton Way, reaches a halfway turnaround, and returns along Hamilton to Morris and the start/finish area. The 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is recommended for kids 10 and under and parents may assist younger participants.
The event has an 80s theme with a costume contest. Prizes are planned for the top three 80s outfits and there is a specific award for the Best 80s inspired running outfit. Top three male and female finishers in the 5K will be recognized, along with age category winners and group awards.
All participants receive a custom 80s themed event T shirt; registrants who complete registration by August 28 can guarantee their T shirt size. Runners in the 5K and the kids 1 mile will receive participation medals.
Support facilities include restrooms next to the splash pad by the picnic area, aid and water stations along the course and at the halfway point, and parking near the LMU tennis complex and around the park.
