Wales Triathlon

The Wales Triathlon takes place on the Pembrokeshire coast and finishes in Fishguard town. The swim is sheltered inside the harbour bay and is run as a two-lap swim with a short run between exiting and re-entering the water. The bike course runs on open roads through the Welsh countryside; the course layout is under review for 2026. The run follows the coastline into Fishguard.

Distances offered:

Middle distance: Swim 1.2 Miles / Bike 54 Miles / Run 13 Miles
Sprint Plus distance: Swim 950 m / Bike 27 Miles / Run 3 Miles

Lap details are provided for each discipline and GPX files are available for the courses. Event entry fees listed for the current schedule include the Middle distance at £215 and the Sprint Plus distance at £79.00. A payment plan is available. Course maps and downloadable GPX files are included for competitors to review, and the organiser notes that some course elements are subject to change for 2026.
