Wales Triathlon
The Wales Triathlon is held on the Pembrokeshire coast with the run finishing in Fishguard town. The event combines a sheltered two-lap swim inside the harbour bay, a road bike section through the surrounding Welsh countryside, and a coastal run into Fishguard.
The Middle distance swim is run as two laps with a short run between exiting and re-entering the water. Bike sections are held on open roads; the bike course is noted as being under review for 2026. Course maps and GPS files are available for each discipline and distance.
Entry fees are listed for the two main distances and a payment plan is available.
- Middle Distance: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 54 miles, Run 13 miles.
- Sprint Plus Distance: Swim 950 m, Bike 27 miles, Run 3 miles.
