Wales Triathlon

Wales Triathlon takes place in Fishguard on the Pembrokeshire coast. The event combines a sheltered harbour swim, a road cycling section through rural Welsh countryside, and a run along the coastal approach into Fishguard town.

Three distance options are offered:

Middle Distance: Swim 1.9k / Bike 88k / Run 21k
Olympic Course: Swim 1.5k / Bike 52k / Run 10k
Sprint Distance: Swim 750m / Bike 20k / Run 5k

Course format details include lap counts and route notes. The middle swim is two laps with a short run between exiting and re-entering the water. The bike courses are held on open roads. GPX files and course maps are provided for each distance. Lapping varies by discipline and distance.
