Wales Triathlon

Wales Triathlon takes place on the Pembrokeshire coast, finishing in Fishguard town. The event features a sheltered swim inside the harbour bay, cycling on open roads through the surrounding countryside, and a run along the coastline into Fishguard.

Distances offered:

Middle: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 54 miles, Run 13 miles
Sprint Plus: Swim 950m, Bike 27 miles, Run 3 miles

The Middle distance swim is held over two laps with a short run between exiting and re-entering the water. The Middle run is completed over four laps; the Sprint Plus run is a single lap. Bike courses for both distances take place on open roads. GPX course files are available for each discipline.
