Waldwick Chamber of Commerce 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk
The 18th annual Waldwick Chamber of Commerce 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk takes place in Waldwick, New Jersey, with the event using Waldwick Borough Park and finishing on the Waldwick High School track and field at 155 Wyckoff Ave.

The 5K is a USATF-NJ certified course that passes through Waldwick Borough Park and finishes on the high school track. More than 50 signs will be displayed along the route. The 1 Mile Walk allows strollers; strollers are not permitted on the high school track. For the 5K, strollers, pets, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and similar devices are not permitted, and pets are not allowed on the Waldwick High School facility or during the event. Walkers may "speed walk" the 5K if they complete it in under 50 minutes and must start at the back of the field.
Online registration is the required method. USATF members are eligible for a per entry discount. Tech shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by April 24, after which shirts are available while supplies last. Pre-race packet and shirt pickup is scheduled the day before at Waldwick Ambulance Corps, 20 Whites Lane. On event morning, streets along the courses will be closed for participant safety and nearby parking is available at several school lots.
A post race gathering will be held at Gearblock Brewing Company, with food provided by local vendors. A portion of proceeds will support local charities and scholarship and memorial funds, including Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
