Event overview
The Vineyard City Splash Dash takes place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Grove Park, 350 N 100 E, Vineyard, UT 84059. The event includes two distances:
- 5K - $25; chip-timed; registration ends July 30, 2026.
- 1K - $10; registration ends July 30, 2026.
The listing shows available spots at the time of posting: 220 for the 5K and 80 for the 1K.
Course, entry details and policies
The 5K route runs along a trail by Utah Lake and includes water features where participants may get wet. All finishers in both the 5K and 1K receive a participation medal. The top overall male and female in the 5K each receive a $50 gift card; the top overall male and female in the kids 1K each receive a $25 gift card. Top three male and female finishers in each 5K age division receive a winners medal. Age divisions for the 5K are: Under 14, 14-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. The 1K age division is under 12.
Strollers are allowed; children in strollers are not eligible for top overall awards or age division medals. Registrants who sign up before May 20, 2026, are entered in a race raffle. Race shirts are not available to persons who register after May 2, 2026. Up until three weeks before race day, event transfers are allowed or a full registration refund is available minus transaction fees; within three weeks of the race there are no refunds or transfers.
