Event Overview
The 2026 Vineyard City Splash Dash takes place on Saturday, August 1, 2026. It is part of the city's 2026 race series.
Distances
The event includes two distances:
- 5K: This race is chip-timed and the route offers a view of Utah Lake. It has age divisions for male and female participants.
- 1K: This is a kids' race with an under-12 age division.

The event is held at Grove Park, located at 350 N 100 E in Vineyard, Utah.
Course & Features
The 5K course includes trail views of Utah Lake. The event involves water, so participants may get wet. Strollers are allowed in both the 5K and 1K races.
Awards & Recognition
All finishers in both races receive a participation medal. For the 5K, the top overall male and female finishers win a $50 gift card. The top three male and female finishers in each age division receive a winners medal. For the 1K, the top overall male and female finishers win a $25 gift card.
Registration Details
Registration for a race shirt closes on May 2, 2026. Registrants who sign up before noon on May 20, 2026, are entered into a raffle for local gift cards.
Discounts
Several discounts are available:
- A household rate of $55 for 3-8 people living together.
- A group rate of $20 per person for groups of 5 or more registering for the 5K.
- A series discount for participating in all four 5K races ($80) or all three 1K races ($28) in the 2026 series.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds (minus fees) or event transfers are allowed up until three weeks before race day. No refunds or transfers are permitted within three weeks of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
