Event details
The Vineyard City Splash Dash takes place on August 1, 2026, in Orem, Utah. The event is based at Grove Park, 350 N 100 E, Orem, UT 84059. The program includes two races: a 5K and a Kids 1K. The 5K course is chip-timed and runs along a trail with views of Utah Lake. The route includes water features so participants may get wet during the event. Strollers are allowed; children in a stroller are not eligible for top overall or age-division awards. Persons who register after May 2, 2026 will not be able to purchase a race shirt.

Registration for both events closes July 30, 2026 at 12:00am MDT. Group and household discounts are offered: a household rate is available for 3-8 people from the same household for $55 total (shirts extra), and a group rate of $20 per person is available for groups of 5 or more not all in the same household (shirts extra). Series discounts for multiple Vineyard City races are offered with a coupon code available from the organizer.
Awards and policies
Top overall male and female in the 5K receive a $50 gift card; top overall male and female in the Kids 1K receive a $25 gift card. All finishers receive a participation medal. Top three male and female finishers in each 5K age division receive winners medals. Registered participants who sign up before May 20, 2026 at noon are entered into a raffle. Up to three weeks before race day transfers or full refunds are allowed minus transaction fees; within three weeks no refunds or transfers are allowed.
