Event details
The 2026 Vineyard City Blizzard event takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Vineyard, UT (350 North 100 East, 84059). The event includes two races:
- 5 km - Blizzard 5K (chip-timed)
- 1 km - Blizzard Kids 1K (not chip-timed, open to ages 1-12)
The listed entry fees are $25 for the 5K and $10 for the Kids 1K. Group and household discount options are available: a household rate for 3-8 persons living together is $55 total (race shirts extra), and a group rate for 5+ people registering together is $20 per person (race shirts extra).
Logistics, rules and awards
Bib pickup is scheduled Friday, November 6 at the Vineyard City Hall Building (125 S Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059) from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. People who register after October 15, 2026 will not have the option to purchase a race shirt. Registrants who register by noon on Monday, November 3, 2026 will be entered into a race raffle.
Strollers are allowed; children in strollers are not eligible for top overall awards or age-division medals. Adults running with children in the Kids 1K need not register; only the child must be registered. Dogs are permitted but must be cleaned up after and start at the back with strollers.
Awards include a $50 gift card to Runner's Corner for the top overall male and female in the 5K, $25 gift cards for top overall finishers in the Kids 1K, participation medals for all finishers, and top-3 medals by gender in each 5K age division. The cancellation policy allows a 100% registration refund minus transaction fees or an event transfer up until three weeks before race day; within three weeks there are no refunds or transfers allowed.
