2026 Vineyard City Blizzard 5K and Kids 1K
The Vineyard City Blizzard event features two distinct running races through the city of Vineyard, Utah. The course for the 5K utilizes flat city trails. Participants may also take part in the 1K distance designed for children.

The 5K race includes chip timing to track finish results, while the 1K race is not timed. All finishers across both distances receive a participation medal. Additional medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in various age divisions for the 5K, ranging from under 14 to over 60. Overall winners for both the 5K and the 1K receive gift cards to local businesses.
Registered participants receive a voucher for a Dairy Queen Blizzard. Race shirts are available for an additional fee for those who register before October 15, 2026. Registration by noon on November 3, 2026, enters the runner into a race raffle.
The event permits the use of strollers and allows dogs to participate, provided they start at the back of the pack. Parents may run alongside their children in the 1K without a separate registration. Bib pickup is organized at the Vineyard City Hall on the evening prior to the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
