Vineyard City Blizzard 5K & Kids 1K
The event is scheduled for November 7, 2026, in Vineyard, Utah, with the primary venue address at 350 North 100 East, Vineyard, UT 84059. The program includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 1K (Kids)
The 5K race will be chip-timed; the 1K will not be chip-timed. Strollers are allowed in both races, but a child riding in a stroller is not eligible for the top overall male or female awards or an age-division medal. If a parent or guardian runs alongside a child in the Kids 1K, only the child needs to be registered. Dogs may join the race but must be cleaned up after and start from the back with the strollers.
Registration opens October 31, 2025 and closes November 7, 2026. Fees are listed as $25 for the 5K and $10 for the Kids 1K. Participants who register after October 15, 2026 will not be offered the option to purchase a race shirt. A household discount sets the price at $55 total for groups of 3 to 8 people living in the same household; shirts cost an additional $12 each. A group rate for five or more people not all in one household is $20 per person; shirts are $12 each.
Bib pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Vineyard City Hall Building, 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059. All finishers receive a participation medal. The 5K awards top overall female and male finishers a $50 gift card and they will appear as 1st place in their age division. Top overall finishers in the Kids 1K receive a $25 gift card. The top three female and male finishers in each 5K age division receive additional medals. Registrants by noon on November 3, 2026 are entered into a raffle that includes local business gift cards. The cancellation policy allows a full registration refund minus transaction fees or an event transfer until three weeks before race day; within three weeks no refunds or transfers are allowed.
Age divisions per gender for the 5K are Under 14, 14-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
