Viking Fest Road Race : Poulsbo, WA
The Viking Fest Road Race is a community fundraiser hosted by Poulsbo Parks and Recreation in Historic Downtown Poulsbo. The event supports local parks and recreation programs; proceeds fund free senior fitness classes, adaptive trikes, youth sports, arts and culture programming, community events such as the Summer Concert Series and Spooktacular, and improvements to parks and trails.
The event period is 1 May to 16 May 2026 and includes both in-person and virtual options. In-person running options follow Poulsbo’s waterfront route. The virtual option allows participants to complete 5 kilometres anywhere between 1 May and 15 May 2026 and accepts walking, running, biking, or swimming as formats. Virtual registrants receive a VVFRR 5K medal; medals can be picked up at the Rec Center between 18 May and 31 May.
