About the race
The St. Francis de Sales School presents the 2026 Veterans Day Run at Ottawa Park Golf Course in Toledo on Friday, November 13, 2026. The event is organized by the SFS Student Council as the school's fifth annual Veterans Day Run and is intended to honor military veterans. Proceeds from the event are being donated to the Toledo Chapter of Veterans Matter.
The course follows the perimeter of Ottawa Park and is approximately 5K (3.1 miles). Participants may run or walk; this will not be a chip-timed race and participants are encouraged to keep their own time. The event is open to all ages and includes free parking at the venue. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
Entry fees and shirt options are listed by participant type. Adult entry is $25, and shirts are offered for $15; to guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed by Friday, October 30. St. Francis de Sales students may register through school lunches for a $5 participation fee; student shirts cost $15, or participation plus a shirt is $20. Students from other schools may pay the $5 participation fee at event check in on the day of the run.
