Veterans Day 5k at Goat Patch Brewing
The Veterans Day 5k is part of the Colorado Brewery Running Series and takes place on November 8, 2026 at the Lincoln Center location of Goat Patch Brewing Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The event is an untimed fun run held on an open course. Roads will not be closed for the event, so participants are responsible for obeying traffic laws. The route is created to start and end at the brewery and is marked with arrows and supported by volunteers to help guide participants.
All participants receive one free craft brew at the finish line from Goat Patch Brewing and a choice of a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal Brewery Running Series swag item. The event includes live music, games, partner and sponsor activities, and opportunities to win prizes such as Brewery Running Series merchandise or beer to take home. Colorado Brewery Running Series merchandise will be available at the event.
Attendees must bring a valid ID to consume alcohol; those under 21 will receive a token for a free non-alcoholic beverage. The event operates rain or shine; if conditions make running unsafe, the gathering at the brewery will continue. There is no bag check, public parking is available, and public transit may be an option. A portion of proceeds from the event supports local nonprofits.
