Veterans Day 5k at Goat Patch Brewing

The Veterans Day 5k is scheduled for November 8, 2026 at the Lincoln Center location of Goat Patch Brewing Company in Colorado Springs, presented by the Colorado Brewery Running Series. The event is an untimed, open course 5k that starts and ends at the brewery and is designed to showcase the surrounding neighborhood. Roads will not be closed for the event, so participants are responsible for obeying traffic laws. The course will be marked with arrows and staffed by volunteers to help with navigation.

All participants receive one free craft brew at the finish line from Goat Patch Brewing and a choice of a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal Brewery Running Series swag item. There is also a chance to win merchandise or beer to take home, and the event includes live music, games, and partner activities. A portion of proceeds supports local nonprofits.

Practical details include a requirement to present a valid ID to receive alcoholic beverages; registered underage participants receive a token for a free nonalcoholic drink. The event is rain or shine. There will not be a bag check. Dogs and strollers are permitted on the course with caution. Colorado Brewery Running Series merchandise will be available at the event.
