Vernon Mothers Day Dash 5K
The Vernon Mothers Day Dash 5K takes place in Vernon, Connecticut at 120 South St on May 10, 2026. The event is held on a USATF certified course and includes an individual 5K road race plus team competitions for mother and child pairs.
Team divisions are mother and daughter and mother and son. Teams consist of two people and both the parent and the child must register individually in order to compete as a team. Team entries must register before May 8, 2026. Registration for the event is managed through RunSignup.
The event includes overall male and female divisions and age divisions for ages 0 to 14, 15 to 18, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Every participant who is registered by April 6 receives a T shirt. The first 100 registered participants will receive a specialty designed race bib.
