Vermont 50 Mountain Bike or Ultra-Run
The Vermont 50 is an annual sporting event held at Ascutney Outdoors in West Windsor, Vermont. The event features a variety of endurance disciplines including mountain biking and ultra-distance running. All proceeds from the event benefit Vermont Adaptive, an organization focused on accessible outdoor activities and vacations.
Participants can choose from several individual and team-based categories:

- 50 Mile Mountain Bike Race
- Women's 2-Person Mountain Bike Relay
- Over 60 2-Person Mountain Bike Relay
The course is supported by multiple aid stations and utilizes a system of trail markers to guide participants through the landscape. For those competing in the longer distances, drop bag services and crew access are available at designated points. The race weekend also features activities for younger participants, including Saturday kids' fun rides and runs.
On-site camping is available at the base camp at Ascutney Mountain Resort. The event provides specific handbooks for runners, mountain bikers, and crew members to outline rules and logistical details.
