Vermont 100 Endurance Race - event details
The Vermont 100 Endurance Race is scheduled for July 18–19, 2026 in West Windsor, Vermont at 1850 Silver Hill Road. The event is organized by Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports and offers two distance options:
- 100 miles
- 100 km
Entry for either distance requires completion of a service requirement between May 1, 2025 and June 15, 2026. Entrants must either volunteer a minimum of eight hours at a running race (ultra or trail preferred) or at an adaptive sports program, or pay a $250 buy out. Typical volunteer activities that receive approval include time at shorter races or a series of races, youth running programs or school running clubs, programs that provide athletic access for people with disabilities, and trail maintenance for local state or national trail systems. To arrange approved volunteer time or to volunteer directly for the Vermont 100, entrants should contact the Race Director.
Qualification for the 100 mile distance requires a prior qualifying race on the listed date range and meeting one of these finishing times: a 50 mile in 12 hours or less, a 100 km in 16 hours or less, or a 100 mile in 30 hours or less. No distance qualification is required for the 100 km event. Qualifying race details must be submitted by June 1, 2026; the service requirement form or buy out payment must be submitted by June 15, 2026 or the entrant will not be permitted to run.
The combined field limit is 460. Registration fees listed for the event include $375 for the 100 km and $425 for the 100 mile category. The race offers a partial refund schedule for entry fees and for the buy out fee in compliance with the posted refund policy; entries will not be deferred to the following year.
