Vegas Half Marathon
The inaugural Vegas Half Marathon is a road running event in Las Vegas, Nevada, held on the Summerlin bike path. The courses are USATF certified and run near a visible mountain range. The route is described as mostly flat and walker friendly.

The event base is Bruce Trent Park at 8851 Vegas Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Parking is available near the start and finish areas. Packet pick-up is available on race morning at the registration tent near the start line and includes a bib with timing chip, event t-shirt, event hat, safety pins, and other race day items. Live race day results are posted online in real time.
Water and support on course include multiple water stations and Gatorade approximately every 1.5 miles. The event uses cupless water stations for safety and environmental reasons; runners can dispense water hands free with a foot pedal unit and reusable cups are available for purchase at packet pick-up for $3. Strollers and pets are allowed with conditions: strollers should stay to the right of the path and pets must follow leash laws.
Awards are given to the top three overall men and women in each race and to the top three in each age group for all distances. Refunds are not issued but entries may be transferred to another Elite Sports CA event within 12 months at no extra cost. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
