Valley Vertikiller Trail Race

Valley Vertikiller Trail Race takes place on Teq’qéyex (Sumas Mountain) in Abbotsford, BC, on traditional Sema:th territory. The event offers three loop distances: 10K, 20K, and 30K, all on mostly single-track through forest with significant vertical gain. The 30K climbs nearly 1,500 m to the summit, then descends on technical trails past Chadsey Lake to an Eastern Lookout aid station.

The 20K features about 1,000 m of gain; the 10K (the Cuddler) about 400 m. A kids race (~1 km) rounds out the day. All distances include on-course aid, finish-line food, Territory Run Co swag, podium prizes, and a 30K Top Team prize. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
