Valley Cross Duathlon : Pretoria, Gauteng
The Valley Cross Duathlon #1 takes place on 5 July 2026 at Hazeldean Valley Trails in Pretoria, Gauteng. The event is organised by GoSport Events and lists a typical age range of 12 and above.
Race options include multiple individual classes with differing run and bike legs:
- Supersprint: 2.5 km run, 8 km bike, 1 km run; R180.
- Sprint: 2.5 km run, 14 km bike, 2.5 km run; R200.
- Standard: 5.5 km run, 30 km bike, 2.5 km run; R280.
Team entries are supported for certain classes; team sizes range from 2 to 3 participants. Number collection and late entries take place at the venue from 07:00, with a R30 surcharge on late or on-the-day entries. Credit card and cash payments are accepted for late entries.
Entries include a finishers medal, waterpoints on course, access to Hazeldean Valley Trails, and eligibility to earn Discovery Vitality and Momentum Multiply points. A prize giving is scheduled after the event.
