Event Details
The Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon event takes place on March 7, 2026, at Shaw Family Park in Springdale, Arkansas. The address is 7341 W Downum Rd. The start location is next to the park's splash pad.
Distances
Participants can choose from three distances.

- 10K
- Half Marathon
Course Information
The course for all distances is an out-and-back style on a measured loop. The 5K course uses a 0.78-mile loop which is completed twice. The 10K uses the same loop, running it four times. The Half Marathon uses a separate 1.09-mile loop, completing it six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Logistics
All runners must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before. Registration prices increase on the Monday before the race.
Participant Perks and Activities
All finishers receive a themed medal. Although costumes are not required, they are encouraged. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race, and a best costume award is presented.
