The event takes place on 12/19/2026 at 105 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458. It is organized as a set of three road races held at the same location on the same date.

All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts. Registration fees at the time of posting are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the Half Marathon.
Courses are arranged as out-and-back loops. The 5K course is completed two times, the 10K course four times, and the Half Marathon course six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Parking is available at a pinned location on the event map and is within walking distance of the start and finish area.
