Event overview
The 3rd Annual Rockin' Around Olde Towne 5K is scheduled for December 6, 2025 in Olde Towne Slidell, Louisiana. The course is 3.1 miles and begins at the corner of Cousin and 1st Street, runs through the streets of Olde Towne, and finishes on Cousin Street. Participants who register before November 24 will receive a custom race T-shirt. All registered finishers will receive a custom finisher medal.
Registration, awards and logistics
Registration is capped at 500 participants. Race day registration is available only if the event is not sold out, and refunds will not be offered. Online entry is listed at $40.00. Packet pickup is provided on race day. Awards include cash prizes for the top three male and top three female finishers : $250 for 1st, $150 for 2nd, and $100 for 3rd : plus prizes for top male and female in age groups (under 18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+). A prize will also be given to the largest registered group. Street parking is available around Olde Towne; Griffith Park and the Slidell Auditorium are noted as centrally located with street parking.
