The event takes place at 202 Thompson Dr, Kerrville, TX. It offers three race distances on paved courses with a published overall time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All finishers receive a themed medal.

Course details note that the routes are paved and follow out and back layouts. The 5K and 10K use the same short out and back loop run two times for the 5K and four times for the 10K. The half marathon follows an out and back loop repeated six times.
Setup and packet information are at Pavilion 1 located at the top of the hill next to the restrooms. No signs are allowed at that location; cones will be used for guidance. Packet pickup opens on race day and ends shortly before the race start.
Registration must be completed on RunSignup and there is no on site registration. Published entry fees are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon. The event awards series points toward the US Road Running Race Series. A best costume element is encouraged but not required. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
