Eagle 5K, 10K & 13.1M at Concord, NC
The event is held at the Dogwood Shelter, 760 Orphanage Rd, Concord, NC 28027. It features three road race distances and a mapped out-and-back course layout. The surface is primarily paved with a stretch of gravel and dirt, and much of the route is shaded. Bathrooms are located in the right corner of the parking lot on entry.
Distances offered:
- 5K: out-and-back one time (3.11 miles)
- 10K: out-and-back two times
- 13.1M: half marathon - out-and-back repeated four times (out-and-back segment ~3.275 miles)
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start. All participants must register through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Stated registration fees are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
